Dr. David Kohl

Dr. Dave KohlDr. David Kohl is a Professor Emeritus of Agricultural Finance and Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at Virginia Tech. Dr. Kohl is currently President of AgriVisions, LLC, a knowledge-based consulting business providing cutting-edge programs to leading agricultural organizations worldwide. He is also a business coach and part owner of Homestead Creamery, a value-added dairy business in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Joe Santos

Joseph (Joe) M. Santos is the Director and Professor of Economics in the Ness School of Management and Economics at South Dakota State University. Joe teaches macroeconomics and monetary and financial economics. Areas of Joe’s research include financial regulation, monetary policy, and higher-education finance. Joe earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from Rutgers University.

Frayne Olson

Frayne OlsonDr. Frayne Olson is the Crop Economist and Associate Professor at North Dakota State University Extension. Olson conducts educational programs and research in evaluating crop marketing strategies, crop outlook and price analysis, and the economics of crop contracting. Olson received his PhD from the University of Missouri in Agricultural Economics, and his M.S. and B.S. in Agricultural Economics from NDSU.

Brad Stevens

Brad has been leading the credit industry as an analyst, trainer and consultant for over 30 years. For the past eleven years, Brad built a strong credit portfolio at Alerus of over $40 million in current outstanding credit balances and did not suffer a loss or 30 day late during his tenure. He has worked as an Associate with Jeff Judy and Associates for a number of years on numerous projects. Brad uses his experience and real world credit examples to bring a unique and interesting perspective to the credit training world.
