Learn about the different tools in the FINPACK toolbox for analyzing a commercial credit. Discover how to gather all the necessary information from tax forms, balance sheets, and credit reports to begin the foundation of analysis.
Day 2
C&I and Global Cash Flow Analysis

Learn all about FINPACK’s Commercial and Industrial Analysis to underwrite commercial credits, including UCA analysis and the cash drivers report. Learn how to look at the whole relationship with a global cash flow analysis.
Day 3
Detailed Balance Sheets and Projections

Discover how detailed balance sheets are used in a commercial credit, and how it’s used in a cash flow projection.
Day 4
Loan Review and Commercial Real Estate Analysis
