by | May 3, 2021

FINPACK+ Workflow

FINPACK+ offers new and improved Credit Analysis tools you have come to rely on.  Utilize FINPACK+’s Workflow tool to create a standardized decision process from request to closing, ensuring all underwriting steps are complete. Workflow templates help your credit team to be more efficient and effective, leading to satisfied customers and better loan operations.

Templates

FINPACK+’s Workflow tool is built on templates you customize, to ensure the necessary tasks related to your loan underwriting and servicing are completed for every loan, every time, by every lender.  Workflow templates allow you to track the progress of loan underwriting and verify all steps are complete.  This tracking provides detailed, streamlined information; keeping the credit team informed and organized. Each step is documented along the way for regulatory and audit tracking purposes.

Assign Tasks

Assign Workflow tasks to individuals or one of your teams to keep loan operations on track.  Create as many workflow templates as you need.  With the ability to assign required tasks and those that must be performed before moving to the next step, you can customize templates to meet your credit management needs.

Integration

Workflow integrates with other FINPACK+ tools, like Documents and Task Lists to quickly assemble credit files and build the customer portfolio.  Several task types allow you to build the robust management and reporting tool you need.

FINPACK+’s Workflow tool will improve loan turn around time and audit compliance for your entire credit team. Reach out today to learn more and schedule a personalized demonstration.
