FINPACK Training Announcement

FINPACK Training - Team

Due to COVID-19, the 2020 FINPACK Training for Lenders will be held virtually. We will hold five sessions over two weeks, with each session covering a specific part of FINPACK Credit Analysis. All sessions will run from 10 a.m. CT until noon each day. The schedule will be as follows:

  • Tuesday, October 6 – Balance Sheets
  • Wednesday, October 7 – Review Balance Sheets; Financial Analysis
  • Thursday, October 8 – Review Financial Analysis; Cash Flow Projections
  • Tuesday, October 13 – Review Cash Flow Projections; Commercial Spreads and C&I
  • Thursday, October 15 – Review Spreads and C&I; CRE, Global Cash Flow and Wrap-Up

Pauline Van Nurden is currently the Associate Director for the FINPACK Team. She has been with the team since 2017 as an Economist.

Prior to joining the FINPACK Team, she worked as a lender. This provides her valuable industry experience and knowledge in her work with FINPACK. Pauline holds a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Education and Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Economics, both from the University of Minnesota.
