Document Management in FINPACK+

FINPACK+ Document Management

The Document Management tool in FINPACK+ integrates with both Workflows and Credit Analysis to streamline the credit decision process, reduce paper, and provide you with a ‘one-stop shop’ for all loan-related documents. This paperless solution can manage loan-related documents in a remote or hybrid working environment.

FINPACK+ Document Management & Credit Analysis Integration

FINPACK’s Credit Analysis tools automatically upload the latest versions of all Credit Analysis reports to Documents. To review any of the most up-to-date customer spreading and loan analysis data, simply navigate to the Documents section in any customer’s FINPACK+ dashboard. All FINPACK credit analysis output is stored in clearly-labeled folders as PDF documents. Click, open, and you can review any of the FINPACK data without launching the Credit Analysis.

All FINPACK Credit Analysis reports are automatically uploaded to Documents and accessible as PDFs without launching Credit Analysis.

FINPACK+ Document Management & Workflow Integration

The Document Management tool also allows for seamless integration with the Workflow tools in FINPACK+. Uploading documents as Workflow tasks are completed provides an efficient way to gather customer documents during loan underwriting. Use the completely customizable Uploaded Documents section to store any type of document in the secure, encrypted FINPACK+ environment. The freedom to name and organize the folder system lets you mimic your current paper-based system if you choose, and all documents are available to your internal credit team. You can also choose to grant specific access to examines to review files for audit purposes.
