The latest FINPACK update has added new features to the Loan Presentation module. As always, you can configure as many presentation templates as you need in the Credit Analysis Setup, then apply those templates to any credit you’re working on. Choose your data sources, the Balance Sheet trends you want to see, any optional attachments you’d like to include, and FINPACK will generate a Loan Presentation based on your preferences. We’ve now added a new Collateral Analysis output format and the ability to embed a Global Cash Flow Analysis or Risk Report.
New Collateral Analysis Output format
The format of the collateral analysis output as it appears in the loan presentation now matches the output as seen in the Collateral Analysis output report. This allows users to get a more comprehensive snapshot of the collateral analysis situation. The FINPACK collateral analysis tool now also manages the accounting of assets used in cross-collateralization to ensure the final collateral analysis totals are both accurate and transparent.

Embedded Global Cash Flow Analysis & Risk Reports
You can also now embed a Global Cash Flow Analysis or Risk Report directly into your presentation. In both cases, you have options to decide how much detail or information appears in your presentation. In the Risk Reports options, for example, you can decide whether or not to include overall ratings and data sources.

Building your Loan Presentation Template
You have the ability to create your own loan presentation template in FINPACK. We are also happy to help with that process too. Start with the template included in FINPACK or use your own existing template as a starting point, and our support team can configure your template to meet your needs. Just reach out to our support team at any time and we’re happy to help.
